I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have practiced in Pennsylvania and Arizona, working with hundreds of clients. The decision to seek therapy can be a difficult one. This decision represents courage and the desire to have a more fulfilling life.
I specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, post- traumatic stress disorder, parent-child difficulties, and other mental health issues. I use a combination of rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused principles in my practice.
Ultimately, my goal is to assist others in achieving personal growth and achieving greater happiness and satisfaction in all aspects of life: emotionally, socially, financially, physically, spiritually, intellectually, occupationally and environmentally.
